On a crisp frosty morning I was travelling to Anyho where Robyn was having a Christmas inspired wedding. The excitement filled the room as Robyn and her Bridesmaids were eagerly getting ready for the big day.
The wedding dress Robyn choose was from Vanilla Bridal. I loved it and the front had the most amazing bling beading which sparkled in the sunlight. It also had a cute matching bolero style jacket (needed in December!).
The best man joined in the fun of the winter wonderland by wearing a snowman suit and the venue was adoured with Christmas trees and decorations giving a very festive feel, a perfect back drop for the photos.
Cute little cupcakes and snowflake confetti added the final touches.
With a black and white colour scheme Robyn’s choose to have her favourite smokey eye look. I created this using Urban decay oil click and Oriflames liquid pen eye liner. Oil slick has flecks of silver in it to diffuse the black and looked stunning. I love using Oriflames eye definer pen so much as it glides on the eye and it is truly black. It’s not watery and you can get really close to the lashes with the nib. To finish I added individual black lashes on the outer corner to create openness to the eyes.
A volume blow dry completed the look. The headband was then placed which added lots of sparkle. The headband was diamante encrusted with a vintage feel. The finishing touch was a coat of lip gloss. I used Vie Tutti Frutti, which is a shimmery berry shade.
Special thanks to Robyn and Richard (Robyn also has a great blog if you want to have a read!) and Henry at 1st Images Photography
